Delivery Terms:
When will my order ship?
Orders received by 1PM Monday – Friday for in-stock Dragonfish items normally ship same day
Orders received by 1PM Monday – Friday for in-stock Impulse items normally ship in 3-5 Business Days
We ship Ground via Fedex, UPS, or US Priority Mail. The carrier is at our discretion at time of shipping. If you need a different shipping speed, please email us prior to ordering sales@connectornow.com.
We do allow orders for Dragonfish backorder connectors. These normally ship within 3 weeks and do require prepayment.
Occasionally, there are delays in shipping. Since we also take orders outside of the website, quantities can be incorrect online for a few hours. We apologize for these instances and we will make every effort to notify you of any delays.
Tracking will be emailed to you by end of day on the day your order ships.
If you would like to use your own shipping account, please check the box at checkout and include your shipping account number and shipping speed in the notes. If this is not noted, shipping will be delayed.
Payment Terms:
Full payment including shipping, any fees and taxes is required at time of order. You will receive an automatic order acknowledgement from the website.
Orders can be placed outside of the website, but also require prepayment through a link we will email you. Please contact sales@connectornow.com if you need to place an order outside of the website or if you require a formal quote.
International Orders:
We can ship to some countries. Please email us at sales@connectornow.com for more information. Prepayment will be required. There is a small fee for payment processing and international handling. Please have your Tax ID available and an exact shipping address for a shipping quote.
Quotes:
Please email sales@connectornow.com or use our form for quotes or quantity discounts. Quotes come from our billing system and sometimes go into spam mail. Please check your spam if you haven’t heard from us within one business day.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions:
Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability . We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order.)
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the site including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.
Connectornow.com attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, connectornow.com does not warrant that product descriptions and website content is accurate, free of errors, complete or current. If any product ordered from connectornow.com that you receive isn’t described as shown on connectornow.com, it can be returned – unused – as described in our returns policy.

In no case shall Survey Tech Source, LLC/Connectornow.com, our directors, officers, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect consequential damages or any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products procured from Survey Tech Source, LLC, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of use of our products.
